Time for a eval!: This combination of symptoms warrants medical evaluation. With the chest tightness & shortness of breath - wouldn't put it off.

For a dry, hacking cough, take a cough suppressant syrup like robitussinDM. If your symptoms worsen instead of resolving, you must be examined by a physician.
