Started out as shortness off breath (3 weeks) with night sweats, then congested and green phlegm and horse voice(1 week) with dry cough and tight ches?

Time for a eval!: This combination of symptoms warrants medical evaluation. With the chest tightness & shortness of breath - wouldn't put it off.

Respiratory tract in: If you're no longer having sweats, feverishness, or producing discolored sputum, you may be recovering from a bronchial infection that began as a viral infection and you probably don't need a chest X-Ray at this time. For a dry, hacking cough, take a cough suppressant syrup like robitussinDM. If your symptoms worsen instead of resolving, you must be examined by a physician.

Pulmonary evaluation: Should see a pulmonary doctor to evaluate for infectious or allergic cause or other sources of problem like cardiac. Do not delay. Those symptoms need attention

Mgt: You may have viral induced bronchospasm. Do you smoke and is there a history of asthma? please see your PCP.
