Condoms work: I think a good latex condom worn correctly, without slipping, tearing, puncturing or falling off should protect you.

Low risk, no worries: The chance of catching HPV from any single exposure isn't really known, but it's probably unlikely in this situation, even unprotected, and your risk is even lower since you used a condom. "Fluid touching skin" is not likely to transmit HPV. OTOH, everyone gets HPV, and at age 33 you can be sure you have already been infected, perhaps several times. This event does not raise your risk any further.

Hard to say: You can indeed contract the disease from the exposure but the risk varies greatly among individuals perhaps greatly dependent on their immune status. Obviously the more frequent and the longer the exposure, the higher the risk.
