NO: Throw it away. Vaseline or Aquaphor is better. Neosporin, bacitracin, triple antibiotic are all the same aminoglycocide antibiotics. They are not useful for application to skin. They fail to treat or prevent infections. They are common sensitizers, causing allergic reactions and interfering with wound healing. Also avoid peroxide, alcohol, and iodine on wounds.Water is good. Lubricating is good.
