Don't really: recommend neosporin because of the possibility of becoming sensitive to it. Please don't use toothpaste as an acne treatment - as you have seen - it can be harmful. Straight aloe vera gel directly from the plant can sometimes accelerate healing. But be aware that some people also have a sensitivity to aloe vera. Take care.

Telephone: You have already done damage to your body by using a product "off-label." I would suggest that you use your telephone to call a skin specialist, a Dermatologist, for the best professional care for your acne and for your damaged skin. Don't use mascara to brush your teeth, don't use toothpaste to treat skin infections.
