Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Should you choose to watch and wait, do see a doctor if any of the nodes more than doubles in size, more nodes enlarge, becomes painful, ulcerates, you develop fever or weight loss.
