Need more info. : For how long has this been going on? Any fever, chills and/or sweats? Cough? Trouble swallowing food? If new, these symptoms could represent acute tonsillitis. You should have your doctor take a look in your throat, and if that's not helpful then an ENT doctor can look further down.
