Better get seen: At this age and at this side, right, we need to rule out appendicitis, kind of remote still, can be muscular pain too, a sudden twist of her torso can produce such symptom hours later, in the interim you can try warm compresses and some acetaminophen, use correct dosage for her age, hope she gets better,
