Yes, no need to wait: If that is the only test you have had, you should also have an HIV antibody test, or a duo test (antigen+antibody, i.e. 4th generation test). You need not wait 6 months; you can do it any time and the combination of negative results will be conclusive. If you have already had a negative antibody test, you are done; no further tests are needed.
