Chest pain : A variety of structures may be responsible for chest pain (other than heart) including esophagus, lung and related structures and commonly musculoskeletal, sometimes hard to diagnose. History and physical exam are critical in determining true cause. Would suggest keeping a log for your pain with diurnal variation, activities that change the intensity of the pain, etc looking for a pattern.
