It can be you: Renal glycosuria can happen whenever the kidney tubules get dinged a bit -- anything from trivial ibuprofen toxicity to deadly Wilson's disease -- producing a "Fanconi" glycosuria. And some people just don't reabsorb glucose well and often / always have glycosuria which is a non-problem. There are also lab errors.
