First of all, how: do you KNOW he doesn't have it? It's more likely that he ignored the symptoms and didn't get checked out or isn't telling you the truth. It's possible that, if you had a previous partner, you may have had asymptomatic Chlamydia, but the longer it's been since you've had sex with someone else, the less likely that is. Dr. Anne
