No Cure Yet: There is no cure at this time but there are some promising treatments (sirolimus/everolimus/octreotide/tolvaptan) to slow the progression. However, most kidney docs suggest limiting caffeine and making sure your acid level in the blood is not excessive since both cause cyst growth in the lab, also, avoid tobacco, obesity and treat hypertension since the most common cause of death is heart attack.
