Eating after extract: Certainly! six days after extraction you should be well on the road to recovery. The hole that remains will slowly fill over time. Just keep the site clean- flush it daily (or more). The type of food makes little difference, though especially hard foods may be uncomfortable if they stick into the wound.

Not recommended : Generally spicy foods can irritate the tissue and make the healing more uncomfortable . But there is no fast rule of what you can eat following an extraction. If you feel that you can tolerate this type of food there should be no problems.
