Classic acid reflux: You have classic symptoms of acid reflux. There are certain foods that are most likely to cause acid symptoms: fatty/fried/greasy/oily food, butter, eggs, cheese, caffeine (coffee, tea, sugary drinks like Coca-Cola), chocolate, peppermint, tomato product (juice, sauce etc) and citric acid product (orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit, etc). Please minimize these items in your diet. Take PPI medication.
