Unlikely: ovarian cysts usually rupture inside of the belly and any fluid is retained there, rather than flowing out of your vagina. the cyst rupture that leads to the release of an egg tends to happen about 14 days after your period or about midcycle, so unlikely w/in the first few days of the period. what you're experiencing sounds fairly normal.
