When should you go to the er for a ruptured ovarian cyst? if it hurts bad at first but then goes away as period starts, or only if pain doesnt stop?

IF pain continues: or worsens, if light headed, or unable to eat/drink. Many times this is self limited, but if a person has worrisome symptoms they should be seen for an evaluation to be sure of safety.
