Diagnosed potentially having mnires disease 2-3 years ago during heavy vertigo and nausea phase. it seemed then that my allergies made the symptoms worse, so my physician at the time suggested taking zyrtec daily. should i still take zyrtec daily?

Usually an antihistamine, like Zyrtec, is used, as needed, during allergic exposures. This is not a treatment for Meniere's disease. Would discuss this with your physician. The inner ear issues should be managed by an otolaryngologist.
