Hard painless lump on outer thigh >5cm. has grown in in size. doesn't move, under skin, can't see but can feel. should i be concerned?

Prob not but ...: Hard things that are growing in size should be checked. A simple needle biopsy can confirm it's benign ( not cancer) And then you can relax. If growing rapidly or painful it should be removed
