A member asked:

I have a non movable lump under my skin on my thigh its about 1/2 inch in size it was hard now its a little softer. is it a liposarcoma?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Thigh lump: Common things are common and uncommon things are uncommon. Lipomas are common and liposarcomas are uncommon. However the formers are usually movable and the latters are fixed. For peace of mind have the lump examined by your MD or a dermatologist. I'm betting on an inclusion cyst or a lipoma.
