Hmmm....: People have reached their final adult heights and have already stopped growing, by the time they are 20 years old. Only in the few cases where a person has continued growing each year, from 18-20, might he grow a bit at 20-21. So, if there was some growth last year, there is hope for a few millimeters this year... but no medicine, exercise, vitamin, nor supplement will help.

Unlikely to happen: Your genes effect on the growth centers in your bones determine how tall you can grow. Most growth centers will close at 16-19 years of age in males. After that happens, you can not grow taller. If your growth centers were open, a balanced diet/rest & healthy physical activity would support good growth.Their are no special diet or exercises or meds that would make you taller.
