The risks and: benefits should be discussed with the treating physician before submitting to any elective surgery. Keep in mind that, while the procedure does help reduce unwanted fat, it has no effect on the skin. Loose or redundant skin is the main reason people may be disappointed with the results. Further, the procedure isn't covered by insurance. Best of luck to you! Dr. Anne

Good option!: SculpSure is the latest technology in PERMANENT fat reduction, an excellent choice for removing stubborn body fat. You should get a consultation with a Dr to make sure that the "bulge" is subQ fat and NOT visceral fat however. No technology (or surgery) will remove visceral fat, so an exam is important to make sure you are a good candidate. Sculpsure IS effective in removing up to 24% of fat!
