Dr has asked for mri after abdomin ct scan where some abnormality is seen in one if the testicle.what could be possible reason for this?

CT is not the best : study for evaluating the testicles, so presumably there was a questionable abnormality or non specific abnormality that requires further imaging. Impossible to speculate what it is without more info. Usually ultrasound is the initial imaging study of choice for evaluating the testicles.
