Possibly Venous insufficiency : They give me many reasons why no one your age and what it looks like it's hard to tell, but the first thing that comes to my mind to something called Venous insufficiency. Why are my feet and ankles turning blotchy red?
Whenever i stand for long periods of time my calfs, ankles, and feet get red hot and blotchy. they also itch very badly and sometimes even tingle and im really not sure why. i find it to be worse when i shower.
