I am a person who happens to have schizoaffective disorder. i need immediate help from a psychiatrist, need it to be via video or text. i have no $?

Maybe via video but: not likely by text. Schizoaffective disorder requires a lot of questions and history. Even a first appointment by video may not be long enough, and certainly would not be enough to prescribe, if needed, as most prescriptions are only written after a face-to-face appointment. (There are exceptions and HT may be one of them, so check.) No $? Go to your local Mental Health Clinic.
