What are the chances for a mental ill person who has had a psychotic break and did bodily harm to someone to have another one even if they are on medication. btw she was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder.?

Schizoaffective?: This can be a chronic remittent illness . Medication compliance , decreese in stress level , refraining ifrim all illicit drug use and supportive therapy can help in keeping him hopefully stable.
