Speak with your MD: 30mg is a large dose for a 94 year old, so you need to coordinate this with your md. I'm not criticizing the dose. Rather, please don't accept internet advice about dosing - this is something you have to speak with the physician who is prescribing the medication. Your health is too important to accept general advice about a specific question from a physician who hasn't examined or diagnosed you.
