See doctor : Need to diagnose the cause as to whether it is a problem of the shoulder itself or referred from the neck eg pinched nerve or other causes. Best to see a doctor for an examination and possibly tests

If not allergic: I would suggest OTC NSAIDS like ibuprofen ( Advil ) 2-3 tab every 6-8hrs or naproxen sodium ( Aleve ) 220mg 1 tab every 8 hrs only as needed,

Hi, 3 months ago I started to get pain in the upper left arm. Over time it is getting worse, to the point where I can't sleep on it, use to push myself up or throw anything. I'm not in constant pain, only when I do any of the above.
