Post nasal drip: Antihistamine nasal spray should not be used more that 4 days in a row. Beyond that you will have rebound nasal congestion and stuffiness. Saline (salt water) rinses can help to clear the congestion. Over the counter steroid nasal spray may be helpful. Follow up with your doctor if you are not improving.
