Yes: Yes absolutely!!! Pamelor is to be taken daily to help reduce headache frequency. Unfortunately, intermittent headaches will happen. Our goal is four or less per month. You can definitely take Maxalt while taking Pamelor and you should try to take it at first sign of headache.
