Yes, you can try: Management of a cluster headache can be abortive or prophylactic. Sometimes, both methods are indicated in the same patient. An effective abortive treatment uses oxygen or sumatriptan or DHE. The treatment of choice for the prevention of both episodic and chronic cluster headache is verapamil.
