I was diagnosed with a pseudoarticulation between l5 facet and sacrum with sclerosis. what does that mean?

See Below: The L5-S1 facet joint is an articulation between the L5 vertebral body and the sacrum. You have one on both sides and this is normal. A pseudo-articulation is not a true articulation which may be suggesting a transitional vertebra.
