NotRelatedToGallBlad: The pain what you describe Charlie horse is not due to your gall bladder surgery.It may be muscle pain as it comes on bending and twisting.We can not say what caused it as we need more information as to where the pain is and how long it lasts and if it is relieved by taking any meds.I will avoid that act which causes p[ain,try anti inflammatory pain meds like motrin.If it persist get it checked.
