How bad is it?: If you cannot see a doctor it is hard to give advice as some of the causes are benign but some can be serious but less likely so in your age group. If all else fails you can always go to the ED.

Fluid retention : is difficult to comment without examination but in short it sounds like you may have fluid retention in your body for some reason or another. Conditions such as nephrotic syndrome are likely to cause this. You should get this seen to by a doctor at your nearest urgent care clinic as soon as possible. You may need blood tests and chest x rays as well.

Agree get seen: I wouldn't begrudge someone who turned up in an accident and medical clinic with this if couldn't see gp as as the other 2 have said some potentially serious conditions and hard without examination plus may need tests

See doctor : Swelling in feet and face could be due to simply things like fluid retention or more sinister causes like kidney and liver problems . You would need examination and blood tests , please see your GP or A&M doctor immediately.

Can be many causes: Swelling could be result of many different conditions -either sinister or something simple. My advice is you definitely need to see your doctor or the practice locum even if it is next week. Your GP needs to take a thorough history, exam, urine and bloods to assess the cause. To find out the cause may take time, rather than seeing your GP once

Fluid retention: Hi! I'd definitely get it checked by your GP. This sound like fluid retention which has many different causes. Your GP will need to do a physical examination and test your urine and blood. All the best!
