Is it possible to have spotting while having a bladder infection?

Could be infection: or irregular spotting, which is not unusual for a 43 year old female with UTI. If there is more odor and frequent discharge unrelated to frequency of intercourse, then it's more likely to be a vaginal infection. Irregular menstrual spotting also gets worse with infection on board. Proceed to see a GYN or family physician to get yourself properly diagnosed and treated.
