Improve GFR of 32?: Is this an estimated gfr, or did you have a 24 hour urine (24 h) collected to assess your actual one? See a nephrologist (n) to see if anything can done to improve this. If you did not have a 24h done, do so. Reversible causes of chronic kidney disease are due to meds, advil-like drugs for one and obstruction of the urinary tract for another.
