No: Gfr of > 60 is good. Usually with age GFR decreases as the kidney ages. If BP remains uncontrolled GFR decreases faster. Try to keep BP under control and it will be fine.

GFr : Normally a GFR above 60s at your age is pretty good. Your GFR or filtration rate will decline with age as your kidneys get older this is normal. But proper control of blood pressure can prevent kidney damage and reduction in GFR

HTN KIDNEY FAILURE: Depends on your ethnicity which you did not state. And can't tell from your picture. BP control is most important risk factor to progressive renal disease. Controlling it may well slow/ stop kidney damage. So work with your team, get a home BP device and geter down.
