I'm athletic/exercise daily. resting hr is usually 48-52 bpm. resting breathing rate is pretty low (10 breaths/minute), but i feel fine. is that ok?

Athletic vital signs: For a conditioned athlete, heart rate in the upper 40's-50's is likely normal. Some professional athletes such as bicyclers can have resting heart rates in the upper 30's. Respiratory rate of 10-12 is normal range for athletes.
