Sleep & breathing: Often times sweating is a catecholamine surge response this can happen for a few reasons they may have asked you. One is that when asthma/airway obstruction is bad, it typically starts affecting you at night when oxygen levels may be low --> this causes surge. Also he may have been asking about infection (fever) symptoms. Steroids can sometimes worsen infection.
