Im on methylprednisolone 4mg dose pack cuz im having trouble breathing but wen i went to the e.r. he asked if i wake up sweting and i do is this bad?

Sleep & breathing: Often times sweating is a catecholamine surge response this can happen for a few reasons they may have asked you. One is that when asthma/airway obstruction is bad, it typically starts affecting you at night when oxygen levels may be low --> this causes surge. Also he may have been asking about infection (fever) symptoms. Steroids can sometimes worsen infection.

Yes: Tuberculosis & some infections that causes sweats will get worst or exacerbate by steroids. Get to se a lubng specialist.
