Tough to answer: Hi I wasn't able to see the remainder of your question due to the character limit, but small bowel obstructions are usually diagnosed with clinical findings in combination with radiographic findings. Just hearing about your CAT scan findings isn't enough to say whether or not you could have "early obstruction". Would be happy to discuss further via inbox consult if you wish. Hope this helps.
