Two comments: Hi I would encourage you to decrease alcohol consumption if you were a daily heavy drinker and are still consuming moderate amounts of alcohol. If you are wondering if the single light colored stool is suggestive of cirrhosis, I would say it's impossible to tell just based on stool color. Irregardless, moderate-heavy alcohol use does lead to cirrhosis, and I'd recommend cutting back or quitting.
