PIGMENTED PATCH: It is hard to say what it could be.How long has it been.Does it itch.Is the surface smooth or rough.Doe it burn.Has it grown bigger.It may be a birth mark.fungal infection,or hemangioma,a sun burn or something else.I suggest you have it checked by your family doctor or a dermatologist
