Heart Check First: Chest pain, particularly left sided pain, can come from various things. However, it is very important you get checked for early heart disease, even at your age. It is possible you could have reflux, indigestion or even costo-sternal joint pain. However, heart disease is the only thing that is life-threatening and therefore needs immediate evaluation. Please see your doctor as soon as possible.
