Sure its a wart?: If it's a wart a podiatrist can diagnose it and recommend treatment options. There are many other skin conditions, however, that can look like warts. There can be lesions caused by the bone, by a foreign body or by a blocked sweat duct cyst. I suggest you have a podiatrist take a look, then decide the best course.
