A wart was cut out of my big toe 2 weeks ago. the doctor cut an arterie during the procedure. my big toe started feeling numb in the middle about and hour ago, but i still have feeling on the top of my toe, is this normal?

Perfectly normal. : It is perfectly normal, since a procedure was performed where veins, arteries and nerves are cut, the latter take longer to heal and the sensation of numbness is expected both by the manipulation of the area and by anesthesia.
