Well-balanced diet: There is no substitute for a healthy, well-balanced diet. If u do so, u may not need additional vitamins/supplements. If u are a Vegan, u may need iron / vitamin B / calcium supplementation, along with adequate protein. If u are > 50 or do not get much sunlight, u may need Vitamin D. Many supplements offer no benefit and some, like Vitamin A, E, and B-carotene may be dangerous in excess.
