Gastroparesis: You can eat smaller meals more often to allow for digestion and allow for absorption of nutrients. Supplemental vitamins can also be taken if meals are not tolerated.

See answer: Stop Ibuprofen immediately. Do not take Nexium (esomeprazole) or any other acid blockers take an enzyme preparation that has hydrochloric acid. Diet frequent small meals with no insoluble fiber which means no salads, raw fruits or veges. Cooked is ok. Get off birth control pills if u r on them.
