A member asked:

I don't get any nutrients from supplemental minerals or vitamins, is that why i'm always tired?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Thyroid: A very common cause of fatigue can be hypothyroidism and if you haven't seen your general doctor, may be worth checking your TSH levels. In addition, its important to hydrate throughout the day to prevent dehydration. Also, your body needs rest and so ensuring you get regular good quality sleep helps combat daytime fatigue. See your doctor for a full evaluation.
