Pain: May signify the filling over the root canal access opening is "high," and a simple adjustment is necessary. May signify fractured tooth, residual infection, sinus involvement, untreated canals. Return to treating Dentist. If your treatment was not done by an Endodontist, a root canal specialist, referral nay be prudent.
