Lupron: Lupron is not known for causing pain or bleeding. Since you are young and using Lupron I am guessing that you are possibly using it for endometriosis. Lupron can be helpful. The Mirena IUD that you were using before often is helpful for the prevention of endometriosis pain as well. Discuss with an Obgyn if you are a candidate to have it removed
