Bleeding patterns: Removing your IUD would trigger a menstrual cycle. Starting Lupron would stop it. Since you did both then these two things are competing against each other. It is not possible to predict in the short term which would win. Over time the Lupron will stop the bleeding but one can not use Lupron long term. Endometriosis cases are challenging as there is not a one size fits all approach that works.
